Welcome to Fedes.ca (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and construction estimating services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

  • “Company” refers to Fedes.ca.

  • “Client” refers to any individual or business purchasing services.

  • “Services” refers to construction estimating, quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, and bid preparation services.

  • “Deliverables” refers to any estimates, reports, spreadsheets, calculations, or documents provided.

  • “Project Documents” refers to drawings, plans, specifications, and related files submitted by the Client.

2. Scope of Services

Fedes.ca provides professional construction estimating services based solely on the drawings, specifications, and information provided by the Client.

  • All estimates are professional opinions based on available data.

  • We do not guarantee that any bid will be successful.

  • We do not guarantee actual construction costs will match the estimate.

  • Market conditions, labor costs, material price fluctuations, and site conditions may affect actual project costs.

3. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide complete and accurate drawings and specifications.

  • Notify us of any revisions to project documents.

  • Review all Deliverables before submitting bids.

  • Verify quantities and pricing prior to final submission.

The Company is not responsible for errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the Client.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

  • All services are provided based on a confirmed quote.

  • Payment must be made according to the agreed invoice terms.

  • Work may begin after receipt of required payment.

  • All payments are non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Turnaround Time

Estimated delivery time for projects is 2-3 business days, depending on project size and complexity.

Delays may occur if:

  • Project documents are incomplete.

  • Additional scope is introduced.

  • Client communication is delayed.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not legally binding deadlines.

6. Revisions Policy

Each project includes 02 free revision(s) within the original scope of work.

Revisions must:

  • Be requested within 03 days of delivery.

  • Relate strictly to the original drawings submitted.

Changes in scope, new drawings, or design modifications will be treated as a new project and billed separately.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

  • The Client receives rights to use the Deliverables for bidding purposes.

  • The Company retains ownership of templates, methodologies, and internal calculation systems.

We reserve the right to use anonymized samples for portfolio or marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Resale or redistribution of Deliverables without written permission is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Fedes.ca shall not be liable for cost overruns, profit loss, business interruption, or project delays.

  • We are not responsible for material price changes, supplier pricing, or labor rate changes.

  • We are not responsible for errors caused by interpretation of unclear drawings.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific project.

9. No Engineering or Legal Advice

Our services do not constitute engineering, architectural, or legal advice. Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations.

10. Confidentiality

We treat all project documents as confidential and do not share client files with third parties except:

  • Secure cloud storage providers

  • When legally required

A formal NDA can be provided upon request.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • Payment is not received within 07 days

  • Client engages in abusive conduct

  • Fraudulent chargebacks occur

In case of termination, work completed up to that point remains billable.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
